Iland announced that they have received the award for Best Virtualisation and Cloud Infrastructure at the Best of VMworld 2018 Awards owing to their Iland Lab Engine.
Due to ever-growing needs and demands in the industry, IT Departments are required to build and deploy agile and scalable solutions for a variety of internal teams.
This requires a lot of time and effort and puts a lot of pressure on the teams to build and deliver the necessary infrastructure systems to the internal teams.
Iland’s Lab Engine changes the game by allowing organizations to rapidly deploy and scale virtual environments that can be used for testing, QA, internal and external training and technical sales enablement.

Until now, building a virtual training environment was expensive and time-consuming. Demo labs were costly and underutilized and proof-of-concepts required heavy investment in time and resources from the customer.

The Best Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure Award is given to those who make anything which is designed to help operators make virtual infrastructures, both computer and storage hardware, as well as software designed to virtualize or manage hardware.
The winners were revealed on August 30th, 2018.
